the boss has gone so listen up!
sshhhh, its me v-bug again. my boss
is thick and i'm gonna tell you why.
this guy called in today. his name
was george. you know like george lucas the star wars guy but
this george had orange hair like my paint ... go figure!
i was in the background hanging out
looking cool as ever in the September sun.
this black car (bmw thing) pulls up
outside and sits right next to me, shame on it.
george gets out of his beemer and
goes into see my boss. i heard him say,
"alan, i just popped in to say a big thanks"
"thanks for what" said alan.
george said, "wow you are a
humble guy. i wanted to say thanks for that fax mailer you did
for me."
alan ... the boss ... just did his
usual thing. smiled, pushed his red square plastic glasses
further up his nose and said, "great, whats next"
now me just being your average 1303
beetle got it right away. the boss didnt, i got a feeling he's
thick.
you see alan re-wrote this headline
for a fax mailer that had gone out and failed, flunked, crashed
zapped out totally.
after the boss re-wrote it ... 73
sales were came in rapido.
truth is those 73 sales were worth
nearly 200k. now thats a lot of beetles right?
now he'll kill me for doing this but
how about i open his files and let you see what my super-beetle
driving hero did? okay but keep a lid on it.

now you might be thinking "big deal"
but you know ... it was a big deal. it was a massively big deal.
georges fax rocketed from a pathetic 3 responses to
a monster 73 after my boss re-wrote the headline. the takings from those
tickets came to around 200k ... thats a big deal, right?
Anyway he's thick. he should be
telling everyone. he doesnt he's too busy. so while he's at home
having a glass of wine i'm taking over and telling all to you
lot.
he might be stupid not telling but i
think you'll agree ... he did a great job.
i'm going now. forgive the typos etc
