‘A POWERFUL BUSINESS MENTOR AND CONSULTANT’

I fell into DIRECT RESPONSE BUSINESS BUILDING practices by pure chance.

Let me start with a short, but true story.

As far back as 1988 one of my clients offered me an empty shop that I could turn into a hair salon. I was a mobile hairdresser. Mobile because I kept getting fired. So I took the shop and quickly discovered I had to do something more to bring my clients through the door for a haircut. After 6-weeks I was getting desperate. I had run out of cash so gave myself a month to get the place packed.

I took a course I couldn’t afford in London. Paid for by my VISA card because I was almost broke. It was there I discovered something called marketing. I bought a book or two and then went my way back home to get my salon busy. From being almost bust in 1989 I managed to rise from one salon became three salons by 1993. I had gone from a tiny 250 sq. ft. shop to a huge 2,000 sq. ft. shop in a busy town of 35 other salons.

We stole the top slot in the town due to the endless marketing and promoting I was doing. By the time I had finished - 17-years later - I think you could say I was an expert in many things as well as haircuts.

Direct Response Marketing Building & Success

Despite computers not being available to the likes of me in the very early 90s I had created direct mail systems that were totally unique. Street and guerrilla marketing that was relentless. Alliances with many other businesses. Newspaper and magazine adverts that packed our appointment books. We were without fail N0.1. We were also charging three-times more than anyone else. The salons were always packed.

Moving on …

Salon clients began to ask me about my marketing as it was unavoidable from personal mail to huge posters on the side of a bus. Other business started asking me about it. Both wanted help and advice. Before I knew it I was a well-respected expert advising others on how to build a business. The types of businesses I had begun to deal with ranged from car showrooms, window replacement companies, solicitors, accountants, cosmetic, jewellery and many more.

Since then I have generated well over one hundred million in new sales, created multi-million selling online business and transformed businesses and lives with proven, tested, different and well-thought-through advices.

That was just part of what led to where I am today. That also led to some pretty impressive results. I’ll post some results in bullets below for you.
